We are excited to announce the opening of our new Tiago de Paula BJJ unit on the Silver Coast! Building on the success of our Zurich dojo, this new location continues our mission to provide high-quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in a welcoming and family-friendly environment.
At the Silver Coast dojo, we offer a variety of group classes tailored to children, adults, and women. Our classes are designed to improve fitness, master key BJJ techniques, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you’re new to BJJ or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find an engaging and supportive environment that helps you progress at your own pace.
